As an Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships and create and maintain a team-based, sales oriented workplace.

-Staffing the store and building a sufficient team
-Guiding the customer experience- ensuring the company delivers exceptional service
-Financial performance of the store
-Communicating with the home office
-Learning and implementing the company’s programs and approaches to the customer
-Having a detailed a approach to store cleanliness

Basic Qualifications:
-High school diploma
-Extremely computer literate
-Highly proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and familir with P.O.S. systems
-1 or more years experience in retail or a related industry

Assistant Store Managers earn a competitive hourly wage PLUS a Quarterly Bonus derived from the Store’s inventory control results.
